Bob’s expertise has helped turn around at-risk clients, increase customer bases, and fortify large sales teams with critical sales and management skills required to increase performance and close rates, positioning them for greater sales success.

During his time as the VP of Sales at CS Disco, Bob achieved multi-million dollar sales goals for targeted accounts, including Fortune 1000, Am Law 200, Litigation Boutiques and government organizations. Partnering with C-suite and senior-level leaders, he was a member of the CS Disco Team that  secured a $19M C Round of venture capital funding as well as delivering 100% year-over-year sales growth, increasing the customer base by 35%. Bob also guided 20+ regional sales and account managers as VP Field Sales Americas for another Enterprise Technology and services company with 450+ employees. He successfully transitioned the company from traditional on premise software license offerings to a SaaS platform offering, opening a $30M SaaS sales pipeline and $5M in closed SaaS sales in six months.
